Bradesco launched today Meu Bradesco, an ecosystem that brings together its artificial intelligence, technology, and innovation initiatives to expand the personalization of the banking experience. The announcement consolidates ten years of operation of b.ia, the bank's virtual assistant that has accumulated over 3 billion interactions since its creation.
In the first half of 2026 alone, b.ia registered 74 million interactions — with a 7-fold growth in the monthly active user base and an 8.3-fold growth in service volume compared to the previous year. The tool registers 90% internal retention and an 87% resolution rate, indicators that position Bradesco among the banks with the highest maturity in conversational AI in Brazil.
What Meu Bradesco is
The ecosystem gathers, under a single strategy, the digital solutions developed to expand convenience, efficiency, and personalization. In addition to b.ia, it includes E-agro — a platform aimed at rural producers — and generative AI-based investment recommendations, which offer personalized suggestions to clients.
"For more than eight decades, Bradesco has grown alongside Brazilians. Meu Bradesco consolidates this history: we use data intelligence to deliver relevance and care. For us, technology is an excellent enabler, but the heart of the bank remains the human-to-human relationship," stated Renato Camargo, CMO of Bradesco.
What the numbers reveal about AI maturity in the financial sector
The 87% resolution rate of b.ia is the most revealing data point. It means that 87 out of every 100 customer demands are resolved without migrating to other channels. Combined with 90% internal retention, the bank built a service system where AI resolves the vast majority of interactions autonomously — without human intervention and without friction for the customer.
The 8.3x growth in service volume in one year is not just scale: it is evidence that adoption has crossed the convenience threshold and entered the functional dependency phase. The customer does not use b.ia because they have no other option — they use it because they prefer it.
The sectoral context
According to Amcham's Panorama 2026 Research, in 2025 alone more than three-quarters of Brazilian organizations started using AI in decision-making processes — but few manage to translate this adoption into a measurable competitive advantage. Bradesco is one of the cases where the translation happened: ten years of historical data from b.ia build an advantage that competitors who arrived late to the game cannot quickly replicate.
The launch campaign for Meu Bradesco will be broadcast on cable TV, digital platforms, out-of-home media, and influencer actions — a signal that the bank wants to communicate to the consumer market, not just the financial market, that AI is now a permanent part of its value proposition.
